To showcase the store’s vast offerings and seamless shopping experience, we created an immersive visual store tour that captures the energy, variety, and convenience of Sunrise Supermart.
The video takes viewers on a journey through every section of the store – from the moment a customer walks in to the final checkout at the cash counter. Along the way, we highlight the bustling activity, organized aisles, and the sheer range of products available, making it feel like a real-life shopping experience.
Client Requirements
The client wanted to showcase every part of the store through the lens of user experience – capturing all the action and energy happening inside. The goal was to give potential customers a true feel of the store’s atmosphere, product range, and ease of shopping.
Key requirements included:
- A point-of-view (POV) style walkthrough
- Coverage of all sections: fresh produce, meat, bakery, pharmacy, and more
- Authentic, live store footage with no staged actors
- A smooth, engaging narrative from entrance to exit
Challenges
To deliver an authentic user experience, we approached the shoot with a live, documentary-style production:
- No actors used – The store was captured in its natural, everyday environment
- Live store shoot – We filmed the store as it operated, capturing real customers, staff interactions, and the genuine hustle and bustle
- One guiding presence – A single person guided the camera, creating a seamless POV journey through the store
- Continuous narrative – The camera followed a natural flow: entry → aisle walkthrough → product selection → pharmacy section → checkout, ensuring every part of the store was covered
Post-production involved:
- Smooth transitions between sections
- Color grading to enhance product freshness and store lighting
- Background music that matched the energetic yet welcoming vibe of the store
